Who Do You Talk To? Not the people you lead. Not the people who come to you for guidance. Not the ones
To My Angels—Seen and Unseen, This Is for You. Thank you to my angels. The ones who showed up when I needed
High Performers: You are not OK. Process Your Emotions—Or They Will Process You. You ever think you’ve moved past something—only for
1. Integrity / Authenticity
Living in truth with myself and others.
What this means to me:
I prioritize honesty over comfort and alignment over approval. I do not perform, manipulate, or pretend to be someone I’m not in order to belong, avoid conflict, or achieve an outcome. I value directness, clarity, and congruence between words, actions, and intent.
What you can expect from me:
You will get honesty, even when it’s uncomfortable. I will speak directly, own my mistakes, and address issues rather than avoid them. I will not say yes when I mean no, and I will not stay in situations that require self-betrayal.
2. Sovereignty / Agency
Freedom to choose and act from inner authority.
What this means to me:
I value personal responsibility and the ability to respond in real time rather than being constrained by fear, control, or excessive consensus. I respect others’ autonomy and expect the same respect in return.
What you can expect from me:
I will take initiative and make decisions when needed. I do not wait for permission to act in alignment. I will respect your choices and boundaries, and I expect mine to be respected as well. I work best in environments built on trust rather than control.
3. Self-Expression / Creative Truth
Expressing what is real through my voice, work, and presence.
What this means to me:
I value originality that emerges from truth, not performance or comparison. I allow my natural way of seeing, speaking, and creating to come through without dilution. I do my best work when I am free to express what is authentic.
What you can expect from me:
You will experience clarity, creativity, and original thinking. I may challenge assumptions or offer unconventional perspectives. I will not water down my voice to fit a mold, and I invite others to show up fully as themselves as well.
4. Relational Presence / Chosen Community
Depth, loyalty, and connection rooted in mutual respect.
What this means to me:
I value meaningful relationships built on trust, openness, and emotional presence. Loyalty matters to me, but only when it is freely chosen and grounded in integrity. I do not stay in relationships or communities that require suppression of truth.
What you can expect from me:
I show up with presence, care, and commitment. I am supportive, attentive, and invested when trust is mutual. I will protect the relationship by addressing issues directly. If trust erodes or values no longer align, I will be honest rather than disengage silently.
5. Growth / Evolution
Continual learning in service of meaning and contribution.
What this means to me:
I am committed to growing in awareness, capability, and emotional maturity. Growth is not about status or constant improvement—it’s about becoming more aligned, more present, and more effective in how I live and contribute.
What you can expect from me:
I am open to feedback, reflection, and learning. I will evolve and refine how I show up over time. I take responsibility for my growth and do not expect others to manage it for me.
How These Values Show Up in Practice
When you work with me or are in relationship with me,
you can expect:
These values guide how I make decisions, build relationships, lead, parent, and create.
They are not aspirational—they are operating principles.
“These values are what I orient toward, not what I pretend to have mastered.”
This is my code.
These are the rules I choose to live by.
I live in integrity and speak truthfully with myself and others.
I am proud of my name, my story, and who I am becoming.
I bring unique value by being authentic, present, and engaged with my community.
I act from sovereignty — choosing consciously rather than reacting to fear, pressure, or control.
I lead when called, follow when appropriate, and remain flexible in how I serve.
I take responsibility for my actions and repair when I fall out of alignment.
I act with courage, not the absence of fear, but the willingness to move honestly through it.
I commit fully to what I choose and do not overcommit to what I cannot sustain.
I respect others’ autonomy and do not impose my will or abandon my own.
I invest my time, energy, and resources wisely — in people, experiences, and what truly matters.
I help when I can and protect when needed, standing for dignity, fairness, and care.
I accept and appreciate others for who they are, without needing to change them.
I remain a student of life — learning, growing, and refining with humility.
I remember that others may count on me, and I do not sacrifice myself to prove my worth.
I choose presence over performance and integrity over endurance.
That which is difficult takes time. That which is impossible, takes a little longer
It’s not enough to say you want to be better. You must DO better.
It was the best day of my life when I realized that it was up to me to change my mindset, take responsibility for my actions and take my life to the next level.
If you are not able to control your thoughts, You won’t be able to control you actions.
A world of abundance is available to all those who are willing to be disciplined.
Growth is painful. Change is Painful. And nothing is as painful as staying stuck somewhere you don’t belong.
